What are your shipping fees?

Simply add a pair of jeans to the cart and a shipping calculator will pop up with the exact cost. We only ship with a tracking number, which you will be notified with upon receipt of payment.


What is your return policy?

If you have an item you’d like to return or exchange, shoot us an email at hello@arturodenim.ca or use our contact form here on our website. Our return/exchange policy is:


RETURNS

We will take anything back, for any reason, within 21 days (postmarked) from purchase date. We will refund upon receipt of the jeans. We do not refund shipping costs.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to show up on your credit card.


EXCHANGE

If you'd like to exchange your jeans for a different size or style, please send us an email. If we have the item in stock we’ll send out the new pair once we receive your return and email you an invoice for the shipping, which we do at a $10 flat fee in Canada, and $20 flat fee to the USA. Easy as that! If you are able to include your order number along with jeans that would be really helpful too.


When do my jeans ship?

We’re on it! We get them out within 1-3 business days. We will send a confirmation along with a tracking number so you can follow the shipping progress.


Will you hem my jeans for online orders?

If  you know what length you’d like your inseam hemmed to, just let us know when ordering. However, altered jeans are not eligible for return, sorry.


Repairs—what does ‘within reason’ mean?

Knee tears, bum rips and crotch blowouts are kind of the standard here, and we’re happy to fix those up for you free of charge with our Denim Restoration service. But if you’ve torn a 10” hole climbing a fence at 4am, or your new puppy devoured your pocket to get at the dog treats you left in there, etc.—we can do our best BUT you will probably be on the hook for sharing some of the repair costs.

We’re reasonable, you’re reasonable—shoot us a message if you have a doozy of a repair job. 

You are responsible for all shipping fees when sending your jeans to us for repair. Once we receive your jeans and get them fixed up, we will email you an invoice for the return shipping fees and then send your jeans back out to you. 


I want to swing by the shop—it says you offer free alteration with purchase?

Yes! If you are in Edmonton, come by any time. We can hem jeans to whatever length you like, taper the leg, adjust the waistband—whatever we can do to fit our jeans to your shape. Buying jeans doesn’t have to be a difficult process; we’re here to help you get a perfect fit.


I live outside of Edmonton, am I able to get in on these free repairs for a year?


Yes, of course! You’ll have to pay for the shipping but we will absolutely get those jeans up and running for you.


I don’t like to wash my jeans. Will you still repair them?


Sorry my friend, wash ‘em up before sending them in. We cannot and will not work on dirty denim.
